Strength.... All of our bed delete cages are built from premium USA made 1.750 X .095 wall D.O.M. tubing in all of the main structure and fully MIG welded
by seasoned professional welders here at our facility. SDR Bed Delete cages have undergone extensive testing and design structure testing using both
state of the art solidworks stress testing and real world rollover structure testing out in the dunes and deserts of California. With all Bed Delete cages
that include Doors we use one tube from the A-pillar all the way back to the C-pillar similar to a sandcar chassis. This design provides absolute strength
to the lower portion of the cage and creates one solid line for the top of the door and the bed sides creating a sleek, uniform profile.
Safety.... Everyone knows a four seater is heavy. With our Bed Delete cage we completely replace the heavy factory bed ( A Teryx bed weighs almost
120 lbs.!) with a .125 aluminum floor and .051 aluminum interior bed panels attached to a build in "Bed Frame" integrated into the cage structure resulting
in a difference of almost 60lbs of weight savings.
Style... By removing the bed and remounting the bed sides to the cage we can give your car a whole new look by moving the bed sides back, up, and
out and then align the side doors to give your car a stylish yet functional profile.
Low Center of Gravity.... Another key element to the design and function of the Bed Delete Cage is positioning the weight of seats and passengers.
By removing the bed we can lower the rear seats up to 8 inches and build the cage much shorter than cages that bolt into or go around the stock bed.
This drastically lowers the center of gravity and makes the car much more stable and better handling than a traditional 4 seat set-up.
Seating Options.... With our bed delete cages we can fit seats never before possible. Our standard bed delete bench is 44" however we can fit up to
a 48" bench or two full size front seats! We can also fit many custom configurations as well. Check out the pics below of a Teryx with Three booster seats

Doors... We have several different styles of doors available for the Bed Delete cage. Full Height, Half height, and now our new Opening doors are
integrated into the cage adding to the solid structure that you can depend on to keep you safe.
Options, Options, Options... Every Bed Delete cage is custom built for each customer. This allows you to personalize the cage to your specs. We
can build it higher or lower depending on how tall you or your planned pass. are. We can build it wider to accommodate wider front seats (for us bigger
guys) and we can move the rear bed sides out and up for more tire clearance and farther back to re-align the sides with the extended wheelbase of long
travel kits.

Things you should know.... Because of the nature of the design of the Bed Delete cage it requires the use of Long Travel Suspension or offset wheels
and spacers. Every bed delete cage is different and unique to your car, we prefer to have your car here so we can properly built it to fit whenever poss.
Bed sides need to be trimmed and modified to be remounted. Bed Delete cages are shippable, but due to their size extra freight charges usually apply.

to the rear of the chassis. Also shown in the picture is the rear floor pan. This is the key to getting the seats as low as possible while also keeping the
weight to a minimum. This cage moves the bed sides up 1-1/2 inches for more tire clearance with long travel kits or larger 27 inch tires. (we can move the
sides up even more if needed) Notice also that the rear seats bolt directly to the frame, much better than a bracket!
